In a Big Bowl take all the flour
Now add all the ingredients like turmeric salt onion coriander leaves green chillies carom seed
Ad oil and knead the dough with water
Dough must be medium hard
Keep a site for 10 minutes
Now take a small ball size dough and Roll It
Roll It Like paratha size
Switch on the flame and heat the tawa and roast this paratha or Koki
Apply some oil at the roasting time
Roast it both sides on medium flame
Make all the Koki or paratha with this method
And the Sindhi style oats Koki is ready
Serve hot with Dahi or lassi
